Sanya is currently running a weekly yoga class that you can join either IN PERSON (in Uttoxeter) or ONLINE (from your own home via livestream).

£11 per class or £33 for a pack of 4

ONLINE from the comfort of your own home (a video meeting link will be provided upon booking).
£7 per class or £22 for a pack of 4
If you book an online class and are unable to make the live time, you will receive a video recording to do in your own time.

The style will be Vinyasa Flow - a dynamic physical practice to release tension in the body, build strength and flexibility and soothe the mind and soul.

NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY - everyone is welcome of all ages (over 16), genders and bodies.
